DRAWS POSTED FOR ALL NOVICE AND CHALLENGER EVENTS
Print the report above labeled "DIRECTIONS TO ALL SITES-PRINT REPORT- WEATHER DELAY INFO" and bring it to the tournament with you. Check in DIRECTLY to your assigned site 30 minutes prior to your start time. Don't forget to bring water so you stay hydrated. "SSC" is Seascape Sports Club, "AH" is Aptos High School and "HH" is Harbor High School on the report.

ROUND ROBINS/ FIRST MATCH CONS/ 3RD-4TH PLAYOFFS (NOVICE AND CHALLENGERS)
MAKE SURE AND CHECK THE DROP DOWN MENU ON THE UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER WHEN YOU PULL UP THE DRAWS. MANY DRAWS HAVE BEEN MAKE INTO ROUND ROBINS FOR MORE TENNIS. IN SINGLES THE FORMAT WILL BE ONE REGULAR SET FOR ALL ROUND ROBINS AND IN DOUBLES STILL AN 8-GAME PRO SET. IN ONE CASE IN THE BOYS 12S NOVICE WE HAVE MADE IT A FIRST ROUND LOSERS CONSOLATION, THOSE MATCHES WILL STILL BE TWO OUT OF THREE WITH A MATCH TIE BREAK FOR THE THIRD SET. IN THE BOYS 14S NOVICE THERE WILL BE A 3RD-4TH PLAYOFF FOR SEMI FINAL LOSERS. IN ALL CHALLENGER DRAWS THERE ARE 3RD-4TH PLAYOFF MATCHES AS WELL. ALL OF THESE WILL BE MATCH TIE BREAK FOR THE THIRD AS WELL STILL.

OPEN TOURNAMENT ON THE WEEKEND OF OCTOBER 13TH AND 14TH
REGISTER ONLINE NOW. MAKE SURE YOU ARE OUT OF ANY TOURNAMENT YOU ARE PLAYING ON OCTOBER 6-7 BEFORE ENTERING THIS TOURNAMENT. THE DEADLINE IS MIDNIGHT SUNDAY, OCTOBER 7TH.

DOUBLES INFO CONT......
If you do not have a partner and would like to be paired up randomly by the tournament simply email the TD at the email address above and give him the following information: 1. The subject heading should read "SEASCAPE FALL/ Doubles Need Partner" 2. The body of the email should have the Players Name, Age Division and Level (OPEN, CHALLENGER or NOVICE). If you are waiting to see who enters the tournament you will see who has entered by the deadline, check the competitor lists periodically and the tournament will allow any players entered in the tournament to contact each other to get agreement. The deadline for getting your own partner and emailing the TD with that information will be extended 24 hours after the deadline. If you are willing to be paired up by the tournament YOU MUST EMAIL the TD before the deadline. If you happen to get a partner after the deadline you will have 24 hours to notify by email this information.

CONTACTING THE TD/ WITHDRAWALS
Before the actual dates of the tournament please contact the TD by e-mail (above) if you have any questions. Please submit any withdrawals in writing first by emailing the TD and then also call the TD phone number above and leave a message as well. Once the tournament starts then calling first would be most appropriate. Leave a message if there is no answer and then send an email for your own records. IF ENTRIES HAVE NOT CLOSED YOU CAN WITHDRAWAL YOURSELF ONLINE WITH YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER. YOU CAN ALSO EDIT YOUR OWN REGISTRATION ONLINE YOURSELF.

Match Tie Breaks will be used in singles EXCEPT FOR SOME ROUND
ROBIN NOVICE EVENTS (ONE SET FORMAT) and 8 Game Pro Sets in
doubles. All pre-tournament questions regarding this tournament
should be emailed to rick@seascapesportsclub.com. Read the website
regarding doubles.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, September 29, 2007 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
