STL August One Night Mixed

Thanks so much for registering! The draws, with match times, will be published by 4PM. In general, start times will be staggered to help with social distancing - please wear masks when not on court. First round matches for each flight is as follows; 7.0 at 4:00, 8.0 at 4:15, 9.0 at 4:30. Arrive 15 minutes early to get tournament rules and court assignments. Each flight has staggered pizza/cookies break times. After the initial round robins, top teams will advance to the Championship rounds. Everyone should be done around 9:30, in time for Dwight to close at 10pm.
Please, bring your own water, ice, towels, etc. Beverages will be available for purchase through the proshop window, the building will be locked. Ashley Hennis will be the tournament Tournament Director. If you need to contact her on Saturday she can be reached at 314-853-3953. Have fun!

Matches start at 4PM. Teams will be placed into groups of three of four and will play a round robin (seeding by UTR). Championships rounds may follow for the top teams. Each match will be two short sets to 4 (7pt. TB at 3-3) followed by a 7 point TB for the 3rd set, as needed - two match guarantee. Every team will have a break to eat; snacks/food will be delivered. Tables will be available throughout the complex to provide a safe distancing environment. Beverages (including beer and wine) will be available for purchase through the facilities check-in window. ONLY non-alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the grounds.

All matches will be played at DDTC (across from the Visitor Center in Forest Park), and a signed waiver is required. Masks/social distancing are required of all spectators and players when not on court. We will have hand sanitizer for players to use before and after each match. We all need to do our part to keep tennis the safe sport it is!

Matches will NOT be moved indoors if weather is an issue, we will delay the start time or move the event to Sunday, 10am-3pm. Refunds will only be available if it is a total washout.
