Make sure to sign up for the MatchTennis app specific for this tournament (see message above). This is where you will complete the necessary waiver forms.

WHAT'S PROVIDED / WHAT TO BRING
We will provide each player will receive their own can of tennis balls that they will use for round robin play.
We recommend everyone bring a travel size of hand sanitizer to use on change overs. We will have some on hand, but it's always good to have plenty. Also, players need to bring their own water bottles and ice. These items will not be provided.

The Medical Release Form is required by USTA/TN prior to playing matches with a parent or guardian signature. Players may report directly to their first match site to check-in and drop off their form at the tournament desk. Blank forms will be available at each site. (Please complete & bring when checking into 1st match)

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, June 16, 2020 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
