SAFETY MEASURES
• Please allow time at check-in to complete a waiver prior to first match. • Temperature checks required. Please do not come if you are feeling sick. • Face coverings are required at all times, except for players while on court. Face coverings required inside (lobby, restrooms, etc) • For indoor matches, 1 spectator per player. IMPORTANT
USTA PNW Open Level 4 Junior Tournaments are open to all valid USTA
members. This event will not count for USTA National Standings
Rankings, it will only count towards a player's USTA PNW
rankings

SCORING FORMAT
Main Draw Singles - Regular scoring. Best of 3 sets with 3rd set
played at 10 point match tiebreaker.
Consolation Singles - Regular scoring Pro Set. 7-point set
tiebreaker at 8-8.
Main Draw Doubles - Regular scoring Pro Set. 7-point set tiebreaker
at 8-8.
- If you win your first main draw match due to a default or a
withdraw then this counts as a match win and you will not be
eligible for the consolation draw if you lose your next
match.
WARM-UP POLICY
The warm-up time for matches is 5 minutes.
LATENESS POLICY
• 5 minutes or less: Loss of toss plus 1 game
• 5:01-10 minutes: Loss of toss plus 2 games
• 10:01-15 minutes: Loss of toss plus 3 games
• More than 15 minutes: Default
OFFICIALS
There will be roving officials for this event. If an official is
needed it is the responsibility of the player to get an official.
If an official is not available, please notify the tournament desk
and they will notify an official to help as soon as they can.
Parents and spectators can not request officials to go on
court.
WARM-UP COURTS
Outdoor courts are available all day on a first come, first serve
basis, weather permitting.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, November 1, 2020 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
