Hello Valentine Classic Tournament Players!

We are excited to have you back at the Bubble for the 2020 Valentine Tournament. Once again you all are coming out in droves to get your tennis game into action - and we LOVE it!!

Due to the large size of this tournament and high number of avoidance requests we have a very tight schedule. Developing draws is not an easy process and we do TRY to accommodate reasonable requests which are submitted before the close of registration. The draws are 99.99% done and will be posted no later than Wed, Feb 5. We literally have no wiggle room for reschedules or adjustment of match times. To keep it flowing we will be enforcing the standard tournament rules for a 10 minute warm-up, lateness penalties and time allowed between points and set breaks. There will not be courts available for warm-up before matches unless you happen to be one of the lucky teams scheduled for 7am on Saturday or Sunday.

Entries on Tennis Link ONLY. Players may compete at the same NTRP level for all entries with a maximum of 2 events. For example, if you are playing a gender division and a mixed division, or two men's divisions (i.e. singles or doubles), you must play them at the same NTRP level (ie. 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, etc). We will not accept late registrations.

AVOIDANCE REQUESTS: Reasonable requests MUST be submitted before close of registration. We cannot guarantee but try our best to accommodate. Full day requests over the weekend are discouraged, anytime frame is usually better than no time frame. Email ssprtourney@gmail.com with level/date/specific time frame that player is NOT available.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, January 31, 2020 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
