RATINGS
You will be allowed to participate at your 2019 NTRP rating level (even if you were moved up at the end of 2019!). If you were moved up, however, the system will not let you register at the lower level. Please register for the "higher" level and then email Adam Hutchinson at ahutchinson@pnw.usta.com and let him know you would like to participate at the lower level. As long as you are on the Final 2019 Ranking list then this will be allowed.
