UPDATE March 13th, 2020 - Tournament Postponed Due to COVID-19
The ITF has today (March 12th, 2020) postponed all their senior tournaments.
The ITF said in a global statement sent to us: "Please find attached an announcement released today by the ITF confirming that all circuit tournaments including the ITF Seniors Circuit will be postponed until w/c 20 April. This decision has been taken by the ITF COVID-19 Advisory Group in consultation with medical, travel and security experts as well as the relevant international and national authorities. As your tournament takes place during this time period, this will now show on the ITF seniors calendar and in player IPIN accounts as postponed. All players that have entered your tournament will be advised of this situation no later than tomorrow. We appreciate this is a difficult situation and we will look to assist all organisers that wish to schedule their tournament at a later date in 2020."
The USTA has confirmed that we must postpone the tournament but that we can run it at a later day perhaps in the fall. We are very sorry for any inconveniences caused. We hope you can reschedule and come back in the future. We will work on the entry fee refunds in the coming days. Patrick Singleton
