GENERAL INFORMATION
WE WILL MAKE SURE YOU ARE HOME IN TIME FOR THE SUPER BOWL!
Portland State Girls Team is coming out to play an exhibition on
Saturday (2/1) at noon-we will provide appetizers.
The purpose of this tournament is to provide additional play
opportunities and foster participation amongst women in the
tournament circuit.
The tournament desk will be upstairs. Please check in 30 minutes
before your match.
10% of all proceeds will go towards girl's tennis scholarships at
the Vancouver Tennis Center.
TUNE UP EVENT JANUARY 31ST
We will have a tune up event. Warm-up for the tournament with some
fun drills, meet new people and try out our new courts.
From 6pm to 7pm, $12.50 and just like the tournament, 10% of all
proceeds will go towards the girl's scholarships.

SCORING FORMAT
Singles and doubles: Regular Scoring. Best of 3 sets with 3rd set
played as a 10-point matchbreaker. Consolation Singles and
Doubles: Regular Scoring Pro Set. Set Tiebreaker at 8-8.
WARM UP POLICY
The warm-up time shall be 5 minutes.
LATENESS POLICY
(If one player or team is late) 1. 5 minutes or less: Loss of toss
plus 1 game 2. 5:01-10 minutes: Loss of toss plus 2 games 3.
10:01-15 minutes: Loss of toss plus 3 games 4. More than 15
minutes: Default
PRACTICE COURTS
If it is not raining, the outdoor courts may be used to warm
up.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, January 27, 2020 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
