Level 3 Boys - Vancouver Tennis Center

GENERAL INFORMATION
WE WILL PUBLISH THE DOUBLES DRAWS WEDNESDAY THE 15TH IN THE EVENING.
The tournament desk will be upstairs. Please check in 30 minutes before your match.
Matches may start as early as 8am on Friday. Please be prepared to play at that time.
For doubles, if you do not let us know who you are playing doubles with by January 13th, we will randomly make partnerships after that date.

SCORING FORMAT
Main Draw Singles - Regular Scoring. Best of 3 sets with 3rd set played as a 10 point matchbreaker.
Main Draw Doubles and Consolation - Regular Scoring Pro Set. Set Tiebreaker at 8-8.

If you lose your first round match, your first consolation match time may change due to results of other main draw matches. Please refer to draw on Tennislink for updates.
WARM UP POLICY
The warm-up time shall be 5 minutes.
LATENESS POLICY
(If one player or team is late)
1. 5 minutes or less: Loss of toss plus 1 game
2. 5:01-10 minutes: Loss of toss plus 2 games
3. 10:01-15 minutes: Loss of toss plus 3 games
4. More than 15 minutes: Default
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
If you win your first round main draw match due to a default or withdraw then this counts as a match win and you will not be eligible for the consolation draw if you lose your next match.
OFFICIALS
There will be roving officials and a head referee for this event. If an official is needed it is the responsibility of the player(s) to get an official. If an official is not available please notify the tournament desk and they will notify an official to help as soon as they can. Parents and spectators can't request officials to go on court.
PRACTICE COURTS
If it is not raining, the outdoor courts may be used to warm up.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
