Match Times/Food and Drink
EVERYONE should check-in 15-30 MINUTES before your first match. We will review the rules, hand out balls and assign courts. Matches will start PROMPTLY at 5:00PM. Everyone will play a minimum of two rounds.
Complimentary salad and pasta will be set out for all participants, 7-9pm, non-players fee is $10! Cash bar - NO outside liquor or food allowed.
If you must withdraw, complete withdraw process online prior to draws being posted. Once draws are posted, you must call or email the office. There are no refunds once you have been selected and the draws have been posted.

Site and Check-in
Check in at least 15 minutes before your first match! All matches will be played at Creve Coeur Racquet Club, 12691 Conway Rd., 63141, 314-434-0344.

Format
Matches will be best of 3 short sets to 4 (TB at 3-3) with a TB for the 3rd - all TB's are first to 7 by 2. Each flight will be divided into round robins of three teams. The winners of each round robin will advance to a championship. The 8.0 finals will use the same format (best 2 of 3 short sets to 4). The 7.0 and 9.0 semifinals will be the same format (best 2 of 3 short sets to 4) followed by a final championship round consisting of one set to 6!

Seeding/Points
We will seed teams based on available NTRP data. USTA St. Louis District ranking points will be awarded base on match wins, additional points are awarded for championship rounds.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, November 14, 2019 10:15:00 AM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
