4 Indoor courts; 7 outdoor hard courts
Players must be legally married.
Master is the Mixed Open division X(O)d;
Century I (sum of 2017 ages = 100) is X(50)d,
Century II (sum of 2017 ages = 130) is X(65)d;
Century III (sum of 2017 ages = 150) is X(75)d;
Anniversary is A1 & A2 (Combo Mx 9.0)
Hoople is A3 (Combo Mx 8.5);
Crow is B1 (Combo Mx 8.0);
Fisher is B2 (Combo Mx 7.5);
E-Z is B3 (Combo Mx 7.0) and
Serendipity is C (Combo Mx 6.5).
The tournament will be held at the Woodlands Country Club Tennis Facility, 2301 N. Millbend Drive, The Woodlands, Texas 77380.

Tournament Rules
·
Play will take
place on 4 Indoor and 7 Outdoor hard courts.
·
Early “love bird”
registrants will be eligible for a $50 Top Golf gift card prize drawing. On-line and mail in forms must be received by
9/30/2019. Winning team will be drawn
and notified on Tuesday, Oct. 1st.
·
10 divisions
offered for husband and wife teams.
Divisions may be combined if too small or separated if too large.
·
Players must be
legally married.
·
Players ratings will
be verified by ratings committee & committee has right to adjust entry.
·
Players who have
won prizes in the previous year will be bumped up into the next higher draw.
·
Guaranteed 2
matches. In the event of rain, matches will be condensed and played indoors.
·
Entry fee
includes tennis matches, dinner for 2 on Saturday night and a souvenir.
·
Play will begin
at 8:30am on Saturday & Sunday.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled match.
·
Entries close on November
9th or when maximum is reached.
·
Mail in entries
must be postmarked by November 1st 2019.
·
Draws will be
posted Tuesday, November 19th 2019.
·
Absolutely NO
REFUNDS after Saturday, November 9th 2019.
·
Both the
tournament and dinner are for registered adults only.

The tournament will be
held at The Woodlands Country Club, 2301 N. Millbend Drive, The Woodlands, TX
77380. Saturday evening festivities will be casual at The Tavern (walking
distance from the courts) with a cash bar starting at 6:30 pm & dinner served
at 7:30 pm.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to USTA Members, USTA Members who have an expired membership and Non-USTA Members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, November 9, 2019 11:59:00 PM Central Time.
