A NetGeneration TennisBASH is a tennis party with timed matches, music during matchplay, fun off-court activities and snacks!
Duration = 2 hours.
How do I sign up? Either directly through the host facility or here on TennisLink.
Will 10U kids earn Youth Progression Awards? YES!
What about BG12-18 kids? If BG12-18 divisions are offered those kids will receive L8 participation points for playing in the TennisBASH!
Singles or Doubles? Both! At a TennisBASH everyone plays singles *and* doubles! Organizers will create doubles teams using either the "lottery" or "dream teams" methods. Lottery = completely random teams, Dream Teams = after watching the players organizers craft doubles teams to help the kids have a fun, positive doubles experience.

10U Youth Progression Information This event includes 10U Youth Progression divisions. The 10U Youth Progression is an earned advancement system where kids get virtual Stars for participation and virtual Trophies for finishing 1st or 2nd in a tournament. Earn 20 Youth Progression awards to clear a level! MAS L8, L7, L6 & L5 & 10U EVENT REFUNDS Member organizations are not required to refund players for tournaments affected by inclement weather. Per MAS regulations, in the event of inclement weather a tournament may utilize a shortened format in order to play the tournament to completion. If the tournament cannot be played, it is the MAS recommendation that players be offered a credit to a future tournament hosted by the same organization. However, this is only a recommendation and not a policy. Each member organizations shall post their refund policy on the tournament homepage.

GREEN DOT BALL IN 12U L8 AND L7 BG12 Divisions in all MAS L7 & L8 tournaments shall use Green Dot tennis balls. 10U Green level 1 players are eligible to play 12U MAS L7 & L8 tournaments and also earn Youth Progression stars/trophies."

LEVEL 8 TOURNAMENTS (L8) In Entry Level 8 (ELT) tournaments kids experience a fun, friendly, non-elimination introduction to tournament tennis that is played start to finish in 4 hours or less. Juniors are welcome and encouraged to continue to participate in Level 8 tournaments until they are winning regularly. Every kid that participates in a Level 8 tournament earns 50 participation points, regardless of their results. These points count toward their MAS standing / ranking. Match Formats: Short formats are used to enable players to participate against numerous opponents- i.e. Fast4, Short-Sets, One Super Set, Timed Matches, and No-Add Scoring. Longer Formats may be used for very small draws. (8U Match format = 2/3 7-Point games). "

10U Net Generation Assessments were created by USTA Player Development to guide coaches and parents in choosing the best court and ball for their child's development.
