We will be using the following 2 outdoor sites for this tournament:

Stringing
Stringing is available at the Forest City Tennis Center (225 S. Lyford Rd, Rockford, IL 61108) Saturday 8 am-7 pm, Sunday 8 am-noon and 3:00 PM-7:00 PM. If a large enough quantity of rackets come in, pick up may be next morning. Stringing staff will work with you to determine when completed rackets can be picked up.
Stringing Monday available on a limited basis so please be sure to drop off Sunday evening any rackets you wish to have strung for early Monday morning.
All rackets will be done on a first come-first served basis so please do not delay in dropping off rackets if in need or restringing.
Restringing labor is $22/racket payable to Forest City Tennis Center.

ORDER OF PLAY
SATURDAY - 2 rounds Doubles followed by 2 rounds of main draw and 1 round of consolation singles. SUNDAY - 2 rounds Doubles followed by 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles. MONDAY - Doubles TBD. 2 rounds main draws and 2 rounds consolation singles.

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
Feed-in consolation draw (through the round of 16). All main draw matches are best two out of three sets. Consolation matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. 64 FIC-R16

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay the entry fee. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.

POINTS PER ROUND
This tournament carries with it Level 2 USTA/Midwest points per round and National Level 4 points. It also carries National Level 3 doubles points. For more information on USTA/Midwest points per round, please visit the following link:

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, July 11, 2019 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
