COMMUNICATION
The best way to communicate with us before this tournament is by
email, NOT by phone. This is for documentation purposes and so that
way we can make sure nothing gets missed. Please adhere to this
request and send all questions/concerns via email to
Administration@asandaces.org.
Once the tournament starts, please use the tournament desk number
(504) 487-1147) as the best way to contact us. Emails may not be
checked regularly throughout the day as we are running the
tournament.
CHECK-IN
Welcome to the A's & Aces - NORD Spring Jr. Open
(STA/LTA Level 5 tournament)! Below is important information
regarding our event:
Please have your child check in at the tournament desk at least
30 minutes prior to your child's first scheduled match time. If
courts are open, we will put your child's match on sooner and help
keep the tournament on schedule. Please keep in mind that there is
a 15-minute default period under USTA rules. A player who does not
check in by the time he/she is scheduled to play, will be put on
the clock for being late and penalized according to the rules in
relation to the untimeliness. After 15 minutes, the match is
defaulted, and your child will not get to play the match. This is
why it is so important to check in early and plan to arrive early
in case there is traffic or an accident or anything that can delay
you arriving early/on-time.
