TOURNAMENT CANCELED
AS AN UPDATE: Although we also incurred some significant expenses for the event that was cancelled, the Charlotte Tennis Association has issued full refunds (minus the TennisLink fee) to competitors. Most checks were sent on Thursday, April 11 and the remaining checks will be sent on Monday, April 15.
Again, we are extremely disappointed that the weather did not cooperate this past weekend and courts were not playable condition to hold the tournament. In accordance with USTA North Carolina policy, the Charlotte Tennis Association will issue a partial refund to all participants. We will assess our expenses to make a determination on the refund amount (to players who did not withdraw), which we will post on this site. Thanks in advance for your patience as we will not be able to process any refunds until early April due to vacancies and vacation.
