Friday, April 12th 8:30am We will continue with the tournament as scheduled, completing all doubles draws tonight. We are still planning on starting singles in the morning as the draws indicate but we are still tracking the weather and will update you as decisions are made. Thank You.

Thank you for your patience but because of how the future radar looks we have decided to go ahead and cancel the rest of the day. We will begin play tomorrow with a shortened format of 2 out of 3 sets to 4. Times will be posted later depending on how the weather plays out the rest of the day so please check the draw for your match time.

We are currently drying the courts. We are going to do our best to have them dry for the 8am matches. We will update again around 7am.

We are still working hard to dry the courts. I have just released new match times for today. Please check the draw to see when you are scheduled to play. As a reminder we will be playing short sets to 4 with regular scoring. A 10 point tie break will be played for the third set. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Due to inclement weather, we have decided to go ahead and cancel the tournament. We appreciate your patience through the entire weekend and hope to see you back in Oxford for our next tournament with hopefully much better weather. Safe travels getting home.

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY It is the player's responsibility to know their 1st match and future match times and show up in a timely manner.
All players are expected to arrive at the club at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match time. If we have open courts, we can get matches on early. This helps tournaments run on time!!
All USTA rules will be enforced during this event, including penaltys for checking in late for matches. Check the website often in case of changes. We will also send emails to the address on your account with any changes as well as general tournament information.

Tennis Parent Alert/Medical Release Form All parents and players must sign the player behavior form and medical release form when checking in. Some forms will be provided at the tournament desk, to save time please print and fill out at home.

Tournament Format: In age groups 12s-18s, all matches will play 2 out of 3 full sets to 6 games, with a 7 point tiebreak at 6-6. We will play a 10 point tiebreak in lieu of a full 3rd set. 12s-18s doubles will be one pro set to 8 games, with a 7 point tiebreak at 8-8.
In the 10 and under age group, all matches will be best 2 of 3 short sets to 4, with a 7 point tiebreak at 4-4. We will play a 7 point tiebreak in lieu of a full 3rd set. 10 and under doubles will be one set to 6 games, with a 7 point tiebreak at 6-6.
If weather becomes a factor, we will use shortened formats in order to complete matches on time.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
