SINGLES AND DOUBLES ENTRY DEADLINE--MAY 19
SINGLES AND DOUBLES ENTRY DEADLINE--SUNDAY, MAY 19th at 11:59 pm (just before midnight)---This is the deadline to sign up for singles and doubles and to designate a partner for doubles.
BOTH PARTNERS MUST SIGN UP FOR DOUBLES. DOUBLES TEAMS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY BOTH PLAYERS BEFORE THE MAY 19th ENTRY DEADLINE! If you did sign up without a partner and then found a partner before the entry deadline, both players should email the tournament director, cindy@arktennis.com. After the May 19th entry deadline, players that are signed up for doubles without a partner will be paired up randomly as long as there are other players without partners. If you don't want to be paired randomly, don't sign up without a partner. If you sign up without a partner, it is your responsibility to check to see if you have been paired with someone and to show up for your doubles matches! Players that are a "no show" for any match will receive suspension points. Players must play the same age division in both singles and doubles.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE REQUIRED

|

You may email the form to cindy@arktennis.com., or you can send it by mail to the USTA Arkansas office, 2024 Arkansas Valley Drive, Suite 302, Little Rock, AR 72212.
