MATCH TIMES
The Boys 10 Orange draw has two groups (group A & B). The round robin match times are 2PM, 2.45Pm and 3.30PM. Play-Off matches will be at 4.30PM: The winner of group A will play the winner of group B, Runner-up of group A plays runner-up of group B. Third place finishers will play each other as well as both 4th place finishers.

MATCH FORMAT
All matches will be one set to 6 no-ad score games, win by win game. There is no tiebreaker at 5-5.

NOTES:RAC 10's Orange is a one-day 10 & Under tournament using orange tennis balls on a 60 foot court. RAC 10's Green is using green dot tennis balls on a 78 foot court. Participants must use a tennis racquet no longer than 25 inches(Orange) or 29 inches (Green). Matches will be played between 2PM - 6PM.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: Draws will be non-elimination format, such as a Round Robin or Compass Draw.

DRAWS: If only 2 players sign up, those two players will be merged with the other gender to create a co-ed draw.

WHO CAN PLAY? All players registering for this event will be selected. Non-USTA members can register this tournament by contacting the tournament director and pay the entry fee when registering. We strongly encourage players to get a USTA number so they can collect their stars and trophies.

RAC FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY - The Rochester Athletic Club does not allow food or beverages inside the facility. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy. Food purchased at the outdoor Cabana you may have with you at the outdoor courts (Clay 12-17 and Hard 18-19). You may not bring food from the outdoor Cabana to the indoor tennis courts. Anything purchased inside our deli (including food) must be kept inside the deli or may be brought down to the Neighborhood picnic table area. Liquids may be brought in to the club but must be in a spill proof container. Coffee and pop cups like those you purchase at McDonalds are not allowed as we do not consider this spill proof.

DIRECTION TO THE ROCHESTER ATHLETIC CLUB Traveling from the Twin Cities to the RAC; Take Hwy 52 south. Take the 19th Street exit. Take a right (west) at the stop light onto 19th Street. The club will be .6 mile on your left just past the second stop light. Traveling from South (Chatfield); Take Hwy 52 north. Take the 19th Street NW exit. You will then go through two stop lights. The second stop light is 19th Street. Go left (west), crossing over Hwy 52. The club will be .6 mile on the left, just past the 3rd stop light. Traveling from the East (Winona); Take Hwy 14 West until you get to Hwy 52. Take Hwy 52 north. Take 19th Street NW exit. You will then go through two stoplights. The second stoplight is 19th Street. Go left (west), crossing over Hwy 52. The club will be .6 mile on the left, just past the 3rd stoplight. From West (Bryon); Take Hwy 14 east

REFUNDS There are no refunds for the tournament after the deadline. Unless an alternate takes your spot.

New Format of Play for Level 3's & 4's
Beginning October 1, 2017 the following changes will take place for all USTA Northern Level 3's and 4's. (These changes were discussed, voted on and passed by the USTA Northern Junior Competition Committee).
- All singles play in the main draw up to the semi finals and 3rd place matches will be best of 2 sets with a 10 point Match Tie Break in lieu of the 3rd set. All consolation matches will be best of 2 sets with a 10 point Match Tie Break in lieu of the 3rd set.
- All doubles play will be one set, no-ad scoring with a standard tie break at 6-6 - single elimination.
- All 12's singles play for both boys and girls will remain the same - a match tiebreak for every match. Doubles play will follow the new format.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, October 6, 2019 9:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
