NOTICE for ALL Players - Double Check your Win/Loss Times as they have been updated.
In order to complete tournament play in the Boys 16's division, some consolation matches have been scheduled at 8am on Sunday. This may have changed originally posted win/loss times for other divisions. Please double check your win/loss times that have been updated as of Thursday 9:30am EST.
Player Selection Type
Late entries will NOT be accepted so please register before the
deadline. Thank you!
NOTE: :PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO YOUR SITE. You will be required to
fill out a non-member participation form when entering the YMCA
facilities. Photo Identification is required to enter the facility.
Anyone 16 years of age or older will be asked for Photo ID to enter
the facility each time enter.
Midwest Level 4
If an age group has 3 players, a round robin will be played. The
format of play is 2 of 3 sets, with a match tiebreaker in lieu of a
Future Match Info Report will be available by Wednesday
evening/Thursday morning. All start times will be listed under the
Future Match Info link. Please do not call or email to find out
times. Matches will begin on Friday evening at 6pm, 9am on
Saturday, and 9am on Sunday. Please plan accordingly.
The progression tournament of ages 8s and 10s will start
All other divisions could start as early at Friday at 6pm depending
on the size of the draws.

PRACTICE COURTS/WARM UP COURTS
Practice courts will be limited before the first round of matches
for each day. It will be a first come first serve basis. Courts
must be shared. No reservations taken. No warm up courts are
available at each site once the first round of matches begin.
Player Selection will be done on Tuesday morning at 11am after the
deadline. Draw size will be according to the number of players
registered. All players will receive a minimum of 2 matches.
USTA/MIDWEST SECTION SUSPENSION POINT SYSTEM & SIGNING UP FOR
Signing up for two events: The USTA Code of Conduct and Suspension
Point System is in effect. You are expected to play the entire
event as scheduled. The USTA/Midwest Section Junior Competition
Committee has adopted a new Suspension Point System. All players
will be given five (5) suspension points for entering two or more
tournaments that take place at the same time, in whole or in part,
unless each Tournament Committee involved agrees with the multiple
entries in writing via e-mail. This applies to all players who
signed up for the tournament including alternates.
Proper tennis attire must be worn during all tennis matches.
NO REFUNDS AFTER PLAYER SELECTION IS COMPLETE.
No matter the weather, the tournament will be played. Please make
appropriate travel plans especially if snow is predicted.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, January 7, 2019 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
