Selecting Two Age Divisions
Players may register for two age divisions in this Level 2 tournament. Players that do register for both age divisions will automatically be selected in the older age division, if they get selected for both. They will be removed from the other age division. Players not selected to either division will remain on the alternate lists for both divisions, but will be obligated to play the division they first get into from the alternates list. They would then be removed from the alternates list in the other division. Once a player is selected for any one division, no changes can be made. Alternates may only switch divisions if there is an OPENING in they draw they want to switch into.
|
Entering Two Overlapping Tournaments
With the permission of both tournament directors, players may register for and compete in two overlapping tournaments. Our draws will be made promptly on Wednesday, July 17 at 8:00 am Central time. Once permission is granted, it's the responsibility of the player's parent to notify us at bshields@dothan.org whether their child will be playing in our event by this firm deadline.

Selection and Seedings
USTA Southern office will provide us with a Selection List from the most recently publicized USTA Southern Combined Standing Lists in the order in which the player appears on the list. Seedings will be done off the most up-to-date Standing list, in numerical order.
