Practice courts may be booked beginning Wednesday November 14th through 22nd by calling the Pro Shop 901.765.4444
Courts may be booked by the 1/2 hour for $20/hr
Please know there may be up to 4 players per court (court fee may be split among the 4 players)
RCM will be opened Thanksgiving Day from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM for practice courts.
Once tournament begins practice courts will be reserved at the tournament desk.

Doubletree and the Marriott are the official hotels of the Racquet Club of Memphis. Doubletree is 50 yards from The Racquet Club, has dining facilities and airport transportation, and has given this tournament a discounted rate. The Marriott is located 3 miles from the Club. Rooms have been blocked off for the tournament. Please contact hotels directly for deadline to receive rate.

At the time entries close, no player may be entered in two or more sanctioned if any part of the tournaments overlap unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. USTA Regulation IV.C.12
Concurrent Entry Into Eddie Herr ITF and National Indoor Championships
The entry deadline for the 18s division of the Eddie Herr ITF is Tuesday, October 23rd. The entry deadline for the 12’s, 14’s and 16’s divisions of the Eddie Herr is October 1st. Acceptance lists for the main draw and the qualifier for the Eddie Herr will be posted prior to the November 1st entry deadline for the National Indoor Championships.

Players who registered for both and are selected for both tournaments (qualifying or main draw) must notify the Tournament Committees of which tournament they would like to participate in by November 12th. Players who withdraw from one event to participate in the other after the date of November 12th , or who apply for and receive wildcards for one of the events and then subsequently withdraw from the other will be assessed suspension points for withdrawing to play in another tournament. Players may not participate in both events.

Matches begin - Friday, Nov 23, 9:00 AM (1 doubles, 2 maindraw, 1 consolation)

DEADLINE - TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 20 5:00 PM CT
• All players selected for singles are assumed to be playing for doubles.
• If you sign up online without a partner, you will be paired with another player who has no partner, if you don't notify us otherwise.
• There will be no "doubles only" selections. Alternates may participate in doubles if space is available.
• We are not authorized to provide player information to other parents / players - please check online for a list of players not yet paired.
Please confirm with your partner before emailing to be paired together. Doubles pairings may be emailed to, tennis.office@racquetclubofmemphis.com - please include both players USTA number. Pairings not received by the Nov 20 deadline will be automatically paired.

Main Draw Singles: Best two out of three tie-break sets.
Consolation Singles: Best two out of three tie-break sets with a 10 point tie-break in lieu of a 3rd set.
Doubles: 6-game set, no ad scoring.

Players shall be selected into the singles main draw in the following order:
• National Standings List: 33 players in the order in which their names appear on the most recently published National Standings List.


• Sectional Quota: 27 total players within Sectional Associations’ quotas. Players not previously selected who are on the Sectional Endorsement Lists and within the quota shall be accepted in order as determined by their Sectional Endorsers. A Sectional Association’s quota is never reduced because of players selected into the draw by any other method.


• Wild cards: As soon as practicable after the deadline for accepting wild card applications, the Wild Card Committee shall award no more than 4 wild cards more info

IF YOU ARE WITHDRAWING BEFORE THE DEADLINE (Oct 25, 11:59 AM)
Go to the tournament's USTA TennisLink Home Page - ID#700144318. Once on the tournament page, click on the "Register Now" text in red – which is what you had to do when you registered for the event. When you arrive at the next page, click on "WITHDRAW" on the left hand side of the screen. YOU WILL NEED YOUR CONFIRMATION FROM YOUR ORIGINAL REGISTRATION TO WITHDRAW ONLINE. Because your credit card has not been charged prior to the entry deadline, no refund needs to be made. If you cannot locate your confirmation number, contact linkteam@usta.com.

IF YOU ARE WITHDRAWING AFTER OCT 25:
Immediately contact Maggie Russell via email at tennis.office@racquetclubofmemphis.com. WE MUST HAVE A WRITTEN RECORD OF THE WITHDRAWAL VIA EMAIL. Please make sure to email from the same email account listed in your registration. If you are withdrawing due to injury or illness, you MUST submit written verification from a medical professional. If the withdrawal is due to personal circumstance, you MUST submit a written description of the situation requiring your withdrawal.


**Players that withdraw after the Oct 25 deadline WILL NOT BE REFUNDED unless WD is due to concurrent event registration. Players must withdraw by the concurrent registration deadline to receive this refund. more info
