Draw and Match Formats
Singles - 32 Draw( FIC-16) - 2 Sets & Match Tiebreak (in lieu of 3rd set) ** We will play 3rd/4th , 5th/6th, and finals of the consolation draw** Doubles - 16 Draw Singles Elimination - 8 Game Pro Set - No Ad scoring (7 point tiebreak will be used at 8 games all)
Doubles will be played first on Saturday and Sunday. Matches will begin at 8:00 am. Order of Play: Saturday 1/21/17 - 2 rounds of doubles, 2 main draw, 1 consolation Sunday 1/22/17 - 1 round of doubles, 2 main draw, 3 consolation Monday 1/23/17 - 1 round of doubles, 1 main draw, 2 consolation

Player Check-IN
Optional check-in for players Friday January 25th from 7-9 pm. Location: Evansville Tennis Center
Players checking in on Saturday- please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first match.
Player gifts will be handed out. Players must also have their Release and Waiver turned in prior to playing., USTA Junior Player Oath will also be signed at check in

ON-Site Alternates
Alternates may be accepted into the draw, by checking in and be ready to play no later than 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled match time of the event for which they are an alternate. The order of the alternates is based on the original alternate list published by the tournament and not in the order in which the players check-in.

Practice / Warm Up Courts
Players will have complimentary access to warm-up courts 90 mins before matches begin each day. Once matches begin, we cannot guarantee a court will be available for warm-up. We ask players accommodate up to 4 players per court. Courts will be available starting at 6:30 AM Sat-Mon. Players do not need to and cannot reserve courts Sat-Mon morning before play. We will operate on a first come first serve basis, while accommodating 4 players per court.
Courts may be reserved (must pay) Friday evening by calling the club at 812-401-6060. We will waive all guest fees for players and charge $15.00 per hour.. Due to travel arrangements, We will stay open until 9:30pm Friday.

Deadlines
Entry Deadline: December 27th at 11:59am (EST)
Tuesday, January 1 Deadline for players on two competitor lists to notify Tournament Directors of which tournament they would like to participate in. Any players who withdraw after this date are not eligible for a refund.
Players have until January 15 to confirm their doubles partner. After the deadline, any player still signed up for doubles will be paired randomly by the tournament committee.

Doubles
Any Player selected for doubles without a partner should email Ryan McDaniel rmcdaniel@evansvilletennis.com with their partners name and USTA number. We ask that both players send an email confirming they are partners.
If you are registered for doubles but do not have a partner, we will randomly pair players prior to making the draw. If you wish to not be paired randomly, please let us know.

Written Notification Requirements for Withdraws
After play starts, any player coded as "Withdrawal" or "Walkover" on the draw sheet, the player must fulfill the following written verification requirements:
Injury or Illness Written Verification Requirement: If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall deliver written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional to the Referee no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament...
Personal Circumstance Written Verification Requirement: If the player is not playing because of a personal circumstance, the player shall deliver a written description of the situation no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament and the Referee shall determine whether the situation is a personal circumstance.

MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND SELECTION PROCESS
Players may choose ONE of the following options, but NOT both: OPTION 1: Enter any ONE (1) division of TWO (2) concurrent USTA National Level 3 Tournaments (this may be a different division in each tournament) OPTION 2: Enter TWO (2) divisions of ONE (1) USTA National Level 3 Tournament Players may PLAY in only ONE division of ONE tournament. Players who register for three (3) or more events will be given 5 suspension points and will only be selected into a maximum of two events

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, December 27, 2018 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
