Smart Watches and Smart Device Communication
NO Smart Watches (Apple or other brands) or other communication devices are allowed on court. Please see the Referee prior to the match if there is a special need . Phones may be kept on vibrate in your tennis bag to be used only for coaching between the 2nd set and Match tiebreaker.

Match Schedule Plan
Saturday: Doubles, 2 Rounds Main Draw, 1 round Consolation
Sunday: Doubles, 2 Rounds Main Draw, 2 rounds Consolation
Monday : Doubles, Semi Finals, 5/6 Playoff, 2 Rounds Consolation
Tuesday: Doubles Final and 3/4 playoff, Singles Finals, 3/4 Playoff, 5/6 Finals, Consolation Finals

Scoring Format
Matches will play the following:
• Main Draw Singles matches will be 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set
.Consolation singles matches will play two tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set.
• Doubles will play an 6-game set (WITH ADD) with a 7-point tiebreak at 6-all.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 13, 2019 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
