ENDORSEMENT INTO THE USTA/MIDWEST CLOSED OUTDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS
12;s - 18's
Entry into the USTA/Midwest Closed Outdoor Championships will be
determined by a player's finishing position in the District
Qualifier. Wisconsin will endorse 14 players plus alternates from
each age group to the Midwest Closed (these positions will be noted
on the draws at the Qualifier). It is imperative that you enter the
Qualifier in the age division you plan to play at the USTA/Midwest
Closed Outdoor Championships. Players may only enter ONE age
division. Entrants who do not play and complete the Qualifier will
NOT be endorsed to the USTA/Midwest Closed Outdoor Championships as
a quota or as an alternate. Wisconsin will endorse 4 players in the
10's divisions.
Play and complete is defined as playing all points, including the
final point of the match. No match (including any FIC matches) may
end in retirement, walkover or default.
There will be no appeal process this year.
The Wisconsin District Endorses (approves) players for Quota
(guaranteed) entry plus Alternates into the Midwest Outdoor Closed
Championships. For 12's thru 18's, Wisconsin will receive 14 Quota
Spots (guaranteed entry into the Midwest Closed Outdoor
Championships). These 14 Endorsed Quota Spot players will be the
Quarter-finalists in the main and 6 in the consolation draw, who
play and complete the Wisconsin District Qualifier. Should an
Endorsed Quota Spot Player not be able to play in the Midwest
Closed Outdoor Championships, that Quota Spot will be lost and
added to the Alternates pool of the Midwest Closed Outdoor

Wisconsin District Qualifier will be endorsed as Alternates into
the Midwest Closed Outdoor Championships in order of their Standing
Position on the Midwest Section Standing List published after the
