Notes
Sunday September 9, Most matches 1pm to 4pm. It is possible some
players may be asked to play 30 to 60 minutes earlier- those
players will be notified if this is needed.
Events are for all levels of play. Ratings, UTR and Junior NTRP
will be used to group players.

Players are allowed entry into only one event.
2018 Nebraska Junior Competition Fall Series (CTC) sponsored by the
Omaha Tennis Association is 2 sessions of round robin play for
Juniors.
Dates For Ages 10 to 18:
Flights were grouped using ratings (NTRP or UTR) to match
opponents. Gender and age was not considered as important for
grouping as NTRP ratings, so there will be some Co-Ed matches
and matches with different age groups. An effort was made
to group everyone in with others of similar ability. Each player is
scheduled for at least 2 matches.
It is strongly recommended to bring water container, sun screen
and towel, Matches should finish before 3:00
Match Format: Round Robin Singles only.
Scoring: Best of 3, 4-game short sets (first to win 4 games by a
margin of 1 game);
no-ad scoring; 7-point tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set (first to 7
by 2).
Groups with 5 players will play one short set against each player
in the group.
There are no ranking points awarded for this event. NTRP rating

All players must be USTA members to participate.
Levels of Play: new players, intermediate players and tournament
players.
Players will be grouped by ability.
Groups will be formed using ratings and results from previous
events.
Players still in orange or green ball progression will be required
to play with the ball color.
Boys playing Nebraska High School Tennis are advised not to enter
due to eligibility issues.
Players who sign up will not be charged until after the deadline.
This enables more advance players the option of not playing if
there are not enough players at their rating level.
Awards will be given at each session. 1st place will be awarded to
the winner of each pool.
Players, please make an effort to play on both weekends. At least
three day notice to the director on dates unable to attend.
