To ALL the Players entered in the 42nd Annual Midwinter Classic, Thank You for your support. The 2018 event had an unexpected 50% increase in participation versus the 2017.

FORMAT FOR ALL EVENTS
The Entry list will allow only 16 entries per event. The 16 entries will be divided in 4 groups of 4 players. The Winner of Every Group will qualify for the Semifinals which will be played the Second Weekend. The Finals will be played the Sunday of the Second Weekend.
The SCORING for the R/R will be best of 3 Set Match with No-Add. In lieu of 3rd set, there will be a SuperTiebreaker (10 points). This scoring system will help with time and scheduling management. Also, it will reduce the physicality of playing Three best of 3 set matches over a 2 day period.
The Scoring for Semifinals and Finals during second weekend will be Regular Best of 3 set match, Regular Scoring, and in lieu of 3rd set there will be SuperTiebreaker (10 points).

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, November 27, 2018 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
