Monday 9:30am weather update
Once again the weather forecast
looks questionable. There are 73 matches scheduled for tonight. If tonight
becomes a complete washout, we would only be able to schedule 18 matches. I will
send an email update at 4:30pm. Thanks for your patience and understanding. It
was a fun first weekend with great tennis and terrific sportsmanship. Thank you!

MOVING TO RAIN SCHEDULE TODAY SUNDAY 7/31
We are moving to a rain schedule
today (SUNDAY, JULY 31st). Only the following divisions will play
today….Men’s Open Singles and Men’s “A” Singles plus one Women’s “A” Doubles
match. These Men’s singles events are the two biggest divisions and must be
played to allow the tournament to finish on schedule. The rain today will affect
ALL divisions. I will email you once the times are updated on all draws on the
website. This same list will appear on the information tab on the USTA website.
Draws will not be visible online until the schedule is adjusted for the week.
They will be back up by 6pm at the latest. Please continue to check the
website.

Notes
There are three different levels of play Open(op) for 5.0 rated
players or higher, "A" (4.0) for 4.0 to 4.5 rated players, and "B"
(3.5) for 3.5 rated players or lower. Players playing Open Singles,
must sign up for Open Doubles and Open Mixed if playing doubles) If
you play A singles, you must choose A doubles if you sign up for
doubles. If you choose B singles, you must choose for B doubles if
you sign up for doubles. The fee for doubles is per player. Start
times will be available after 12:00pm online on July 29, 2016.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to USTA Members, USTA Members who have an expired membership and Non-USTA Members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 24, 2016 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time.
