HOT TIPS FROM THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR
>COMMUNICATION - Communication will be handled via email me at email@example.com. Emails will be sent to competitors with helpful information once the Selection Process is complete.
>LEVEL 2 -L2 ranking points will be awarded by USTA.
>Book your hotel room early - Memorial Weekend is very popular for our hotels so don't miss out on the tournament rates (deadline May 6).
>DOUBLES PARTNERS - applicants need to designate their own partners before entries close. We cannot help with doubles partnering until after entries close and acceptances are processed as we do not know who will be playing at our site. Please review additional information under DOUBLES REGISTRATION section below.
More helpful hints and tips to follow as the tournament draws closer and questions arise.

Main draw singles 12s division and singles feed-in consolation scoring: best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set. Doubles (16 teams) = Single Elimination. Doubles scoring: 8 game pro set with a 7-point tiebreak at 8 games all.
DOUBLES REGISTRATION & PARTNER DESIGNATION
You must register for doubles online before entries close and you must play doubles in the same division as singles. You may designate a partner online until entries close. After entry close you can designate via email to the Tournament Director (firstname.lastname@example.org). Partner designation will close at 7pm on Friday, May 6th and doubles draws will be posted by no later than 8pm on Friday, May 27th. At 7pm on Friday, May 6th, any unpaired players will be randomly partnered before seeding is done and draws are made. NO PARTNER DESIGNATIONS OR SWITCHING WILL BE DONE AFTER DEADLINE unless there is a withdraw and an alternate is added. The alternate would become the new partner for the withdraw as long as it does not invalidate seeding.
