Player selection will be done based on the following criteria:
1 – Eight (8) players (BG 14-18) from the top 100 of the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in next lower division.
Four (4) for BG12
2 – 56 players from the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in the current age division of the event.
60 players for BG12

For this tournament you may ONLY ENTER and be considered for ONE AGE GROUP. Also you must play doubles in the same division as singles.
The deadline for the other tournaments over Memorial Day weekend are after the selections are made for this Midwest Level 3 so you will still have a choice to enter another tournament after the selections are made for this Level 3 event.
Once selections are made you will not receive an entry refund if you withdraw.

DOUBLES DEADLINE WEDNESDAY, MAY 20, 2015 AT 6PM
Please email all doubles entries to Sue Selke at selke.sue@courtone.com with the following information:
1. both players names.
2. age group (for example boys 14)
3. all players MUST play in the same division in singles and doubles.

The Singles Main Draw and Consolation will play regular scoring in best 2 out of 3 sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set.

In the event you are unable to check in on Friday evening we need everyone to report 30 minutes prior to their first round match time at the SITE of their first match time.
Player bags with T-Shirt must be picked up during the tournament at Court One Athletic Club, 2291 Research Circle, Okemos. Mi 48864. We will not mail player bags and t-shirts to participants. T shirts are being printed on site at Court One Athletic Club.

If you do not provide an email address and/or cell number(s) when you register for this tournament, then we will not be able to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

Trophies will be given to the following players: Champion, Finalist, 3rd & 4th place, and winner and runner up of the Gold Division.. In addition, a Sportsmanship trophy will be awarded.

CHECK IN: Players must check in at the tournament desk 30 minutes prior to their match times.

AT CONCLUSION OF MATCHES: Both players should come to the tournament desk at the conclusion of each of their matches.

MATCH CARD: Players will receive a Player Match Card showing their next match, written & initialed by our tournament committee.

DRESS CODE:
Proper tennis attire is required. Clothing not considered proper attire can include but not be limited to: 1) Sports bras worn alone (without a shirt) 2) Compression shorts worn alone (not covered by shorts/skirt) 3) Shirts with reference to drugs, alcohol, sex or tobacco. 4) Shirt and skirt/shorts MUST meet. NO bare midriff. The top and bottom of your outfit must meet when your arms are at rest. If you are required to change before going on the court, you may incur a point penalty for a time violation.
