FOR THOSE NOT IN THE DRAW:
Greetings Players , Participants, and Supporters The entry list more than doubled the court space available at the venue. We
tried to accommodate everyone until it became obvious that it was
impossible. For those not in initially, they are now on the alternate
list. If your credit card was charged the money will be refunded. Now some players have pulled out. We will be taking players off the alternate list (in order) and putting them in those spots. We also have access to a little more court time at Willard Park. Please
check at the end of the day to see the draws. Some times may have
changed to make sure there is little wait time, but we hope not to make
drastic changes. Thanks for your patience and we will see you this
weekend.

Pathway Eligibility
Players Aged 12 years and Younger. To enter and play in a Challenger Tournament, player must first fulfill the pathway requirements.
|
|
Pathway Requirement for Competing in Tournaments
USTA has established a pathway for players aged 12 and under to enter into the competitive tournament structure. The purpose of the pathway is to ensure that juniors are playing at their appropriate age and skill level. The pathway is mandatory as of January 2014. Information on the pathway and the requirements of each can be found on the link above.
|
|
Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation, concurs in writing, and each agrees to accommodate the player’s schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If entries for the overlapping tournaments close on different dates, approval must be received from all Tournament Committees no later than the entry closing date that occurs last. Players who enter a tournament and play it to completion, may then enter another tournament with overlapping dates without permission. If a player violates this concurrent tournament rule, ranking points earned in any concurrent tournament played will not count toward ranking.
