ATTENTION PLAYERS!
MANY OF YOU HAVE NOTICED THAT SOME OF THE MATCHES ARE SCHEDULED VERY CLOSE TOGETHER OR ARE OVERLAPPING. THIS WAS NOT OUR INTENT. THE SCHEDULING PROGRAM (TDM) HASN'T BEEN WORKING CORRECTLY. WE HAVE MANUALLY MOVED SOME OF THE TIMES TO SPREAD THE MATCHES OUT. ALL MATCHES FOR TODAY SUNDAY ARE ACCURATE. THIS INCLUDES TIMES FOR PLAYERS THAT FINISHED LATE LAST NIGHT AND NEED A LATER START TODAY. PLEASE CHECK-IN AT YOUR SITE AT THE SCHEDULED TIME.

PRACTICE COURTS AND CHECK-IN FRIDAY 10/9
Practice courts will be available at UOP Friday from 9-12 and 2-7. Courts are on a walk-on basis, and players may need to go 4 to a court if the courts are full. Tournament Check-In is from 5-7 p.m.
*Players who don't check in Friday will need to check-n no less than 15 minutes prior to their first round match.
*We do have some college players who are available for warm up and practice. Their rate is $30.00 per hour. Please contact Tournament Director Mike Erwin to schedule (937) 238-5307.

SELECTION
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Players are accepted into the draws and given preference in their choice of site in the following order:
* Up to 24 (6 per draw) that are in the top 100 of the National Standings List of the next-younger age division.
* Up to 104 (26 per draw) from the National Standings List of the division.
* If vacancies remain, players that are in the top 400 of the National Standings List of the division.
* If vacancies remain, players that are in the top 250 of the National Standings List of the next-younger division.
* If vacancies remain, from the National Standings List of the division until draws full.

Alternates
Players not selected for their first choice shall remain in the pool of applicants for entry into other concurrent USTA National Selection Tournaments. Those players who have not been selected after all four USTA National Selection Tournaments draws have been filled shall be placed in alternate pools at all concurrent USTA National Selection Tournaments for which the players indicated a preference.
Alternate Ordering Procedure:
* Players that are in the top 500 of the National Standings List of the division
* Players that are in the top 400 on the National Standings List of the next-younger division
* From the National Standings List of the division
* From the National Standings List of the next-younger division
* By Lot

Singles: 32 draw with FIC-R16. Playoff for 3rd/4th
Doubles: 16 draw Single Elimination. Playoff for 3rd/4th (8 GAME PRO SET)

Singles
Main Draw: 2 out of 3 sets regular scoring
Consolation: 2 out of 3 sets with a match tie break in lieu of a 3rd set

PARKING AT UOP:
Parking at the University of the Pacific is Free on the weekends and there is plenty of parking on campus. Note, there is limited parking spots available at the tennis court lot. Please see link to view map of the campus. Lot 6, 13, 18, and 19 are all within a two minute walk to the courts.

PRACTICE COURTS:
There will be practice courts available at UOP, and Brookside before the first round of each day. In Shape Marina and In Shape West Lane are available for practice each day of the tournament. There is a $6.00 fee per player at the In Shape Clubs.

Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, September 10, 2015 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
