ATENTION TOURNAMENT PLAYERS: Please make sure to check the draws online to confirm the day(s) and times and LOCATION you are scheduled to play as matches will be played at Val Vista Lakes, Gene Autry and Red Mountain High School

MATCH PLAY WILL TAKE PLACE AS EARLY AS THURSDAY AFTERNOON AT 4 AND 5PM FOR THE LARGEST DRAWS. Please double check your draws for days, times and locations. Thanks.

NOTE: Please also make sure to check in to the designated site tournament desks at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled match. This will help to expedite play and keep the tournament on scheudle. Thanks so much!

ATTENTION TOURNAMENT PLAYERS:

There will be no tournament match play on Wednesday November 16th. The earliest match play will start Thursday November 17th at 4 and 5pm. Generally speaking, Thursday night matches are scheduled for divisions with the largest draws. For example, the Boy's 16 Singles is a 32 draw therefore making it necessary for match play to take place on Thursday five rounds of play will have to completed by Sunday.

Other events with large draw sizes like the Boy's 18 Singles and the Girl's 16 Singles may also need to play a match on Thursday and or Friday at 5pm or later.

Tournament draws should be available online after 8pm tonight

ATTENTION PLAYERS: Please contact Michael Lowdermik if you can play your first round match as early as 4pm on Thursday and/or Friday. This will generally only apply to those players who are competing in the largest singles divisions. However, with increased numbers in the tournament this year it is helpful to know who can play earlier on Thursdays and Fridays in an effort to expedite play.

In an effort to expedite play and to keep the tournament on schedule we ask that you check in at the tournament desk at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled match time. As matches are scheduled on a court availability basis rather than preassigned courts, if you and your opponent(s) are checked in and ready to play, you will be assigned to the first available court.
