The entry deadline for this event is Wednesday evening at 6pm. The reason behind this it to allow the tournament director time to organize all start times by the end of the night Wednesday and have them posted by the time the first competitors check online on Thursday morning.

We will be playing all NOVICE draws begining on Saturday in a Pro-Set format (first to 8 games) and will either play round robin or compass draw (another non-elimination format). The intention is to complete play on Saturday but that will depend on the size of the draws. Due to the Round Robin format players may only register in one division of the novice event.

The satellite events will be played begining on Friday morning and will end no later than early afternoon on Monday (only that late in the case of large draws). The scoring format will be 2 of 3 sets with a match tie-breaker (first to 10 points) played instead of a full 3rd set. We will have Consolation Draws. Anyone playing two divisions and chooses to withdraw from one event will be removed from both events.
