IMPORTANT INFO
PLEASE READ THIS HOMEPAGE AND IF YOU STILL HAVE QUESTIONS, PLEASE EMAIL, dtran@ehac.com.
LEVEL 5 MIDWEST USTA POINTS PER ROUND and NO NATIONAL POINTS PER ROUND are only for the B(18-16)
TOURNAMENT WILL BE A 64 DRAW SINGLES AND INCLUDE A FEED-IN CONSOLATION and a 32 DRAW DOUBLES IS SINGLE ELIMINATION. FOR B(18-16) ONLY, the Main Draw Singles will play two out of three full sets and Consolation Singles will play a Matchtiebreak (Supertiebreak) in lieu of the third set. The FIC Consolation Singles does not finish and it will stop at the Semi-finals due to the tournament lasting only three days. Doubles will play 8 Game Pro Sets with those being played first each day. Both the Main Draw of Singles and of Doubles will finish each of the draws.
IMPORTANT DOUBLES TEAMS AND PAIRINGS We strongly encourage all players to compete in doubles. We have shortened the scoring to Pro Sets and at most sites we will start the day with doubles to prevent long days. Even if you do not have a partner PLEASE register for doubles when you are registering for singles as this ensures your name will appear and not have to be manually entered later. All Doubles Teams will be guaranteed two doubles matches due to the one round consolation. There are two options available to you if you cannot find a partner on your own.
Option #1- We can help you find a partner but Privacy Laws and USTA rules prohibit us from giving out your contact information to other players. You will need to give us permission via email dtran@ehac.com and permit us to give out your contact information.
Option #2- You can ask to be paired at random with another player by emailing dtran@ehac.com . NOTE: This is not a guarantee because if there are an odd number of players wanting to be paired, one player will not have a partner. We recommend and prefer that you find your own doubles partner or take advantage of Option #1.
PLAYER SELECTION AND NUMBERED ALTERNATE LIST WILL BE POSTED BY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 19TH AT 6PM
