LPTC SATURDAY SCHEDULE CHANGES
We have to redo the schedule of matches for Saturday at LPTC. We will take down the draws at 7:15 p.m. and we will put them back up at 7:30 p.m. This should only affect matches at LPTC. Please check your times and location of play again after 7:30 p.m. Thanks for your patience.

Schedule
We plan to begin singles play on Friday and the doubles play will begin Saturday and Sunday mornings. We will post the first match times on Thursday before 5PM. We will post the draws for singles on Friday morning.

Marietta High School (MHS)
We will be using Marietta High School for portions of the tournament and draws. Please check the draw and learn where you are playing and check in there for your match. If you are scheduled for your first match at Marietta High School then please go directly there. Bring a chair and do not drive down below for parking. You must park up top. No cars are to be driven down below.

Doubles As Of Wednesday
We will continue to look for players who are interested in playing doubles until Thursday afternoon. Please let us know if you wish to play doubles as soon as possible. Email us at jp@tennisdynamics.net if you have a desire to play doubles.

LATE REGISTRATION
The deadline has passed but we can accept late registration into the tournament. We will accept them up until 6PM on Tuesday. We can accept the registration into your age group if the registration does not affect the seeding. If the registration affects the seeding then we will automatically move the child up to the next age group where the seeding is not affected. The additional cost for a late registration is $10.00 per player. You will need to call LPTC before 6PM on Tuesday evening at 770-919-8602 and pay over the phone by credit card.

We are using the Southern Standing from 6/6/2017. This is due to fact players from other Southern states have entered the tournament..

FRIDAY PLAY
This is indeed a summertime tournament that will be played throughout the day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. So if you think you are not going to be able to play any of those days perhaps this is not the tournament for you. There are numerous factors which we have to consider when running these tournaments and how we schedule. Weather can play a huge role as well as the number of entrants. We cannot guarantee the ability to work around any schedule. You can request an avoidance but there is no guarantee we can honor it.

GEORGIA LEVEL 4 TOURNAMENT. Boys/Girls 10 & Under divisions
will be played on a 60-ft court with a 25" racket, and use low
compression balls. Limited draw of 16 for singles and 8 for
doubles. This tournament offers a full feed-in consolation to the
quarterfinals. There will be a 3/4 playoff for semifinalists.
Awards will be provided for 1st through 6th place finishers.
T-shirts will be provided for each participant.Scoring format for
BG 10 Under use 2 out of 3 short sets (sets to 4) with a 7-point
tie break for the 3rd for Main Draw and Consolation. Doubles
scoring format for BG10s will be 6-game no-ad set with a seven (7)
point "Match" tie-break played at 6-all. BG 12-18--(MAIN DRAW) 2
OUT OF 3 SETS REGULAR SCORING AND THE THIRD SET IS DECIDED BY
PLAYING A 7 POINT TB AT 6-ALL IN GAMES. CONSOLATION MATCHES WILL BE
PLAYED USING A 3RD SET MATCH TIEBREAK. Doubles scoring for BG 12-18
- 8-game pro-sets. Any draw with fewer than 6 players entered will
become a round robin event. This is true even with 2 players. The 2
players will have to play one another two times.

Refund/Withdrawal Policy
REFUNDS:
There are absolutely no refunds after the entry deadline. If there
are weather issues and no matches are played, then your 75% of your
entry fee will be refunded in the form of a credit to another
Tennis Dynamics tournament: (Note: $3.50 The USTA Tennislink
service fee will not be refunded) If there are weather issues and
you begin play for a match, we will do our very best to get you
back on court.

Before the entry deadline, withdraw on-line thru TennisLink.
After the deadline, withdraw via e-mail.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, June 5, 2017 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
