Both matches originally scheduled at 8am will be played at the scheduled sites outdoors. Southern C vs Southern F will follow on all outdoor courts. Southern B vs Caribbean will be played indoors following the conclusion of Championship matches.

All players and coaches need to report to the Indoor Tennis Center by 6:00pm on Saturday for a meeting, unless their matches are still in progress. Any teams still playing at 6:00pm will need to come to the Indoor Tennis Center immediately after concluding play. The schedule for Sunday will be announced at this meeting, after all matches have been completed. Additionally, the boy and girl recipients of the Sportsmanship Award will be announced, along with the team recipient of the Team Spirit Award. Saturday is also the last day to drop off racquets for stringing. No stringing will be available on Sunday.

Everything will take place at the Wake Forest Indoor Tennis Center:: Player Check in: 3:00-5:00PM, Coaches Meeting: 4:00-5:00PM, Mandatory Player Meeting: 5:00-6:00PM, Player Dinner and Team Photographs: 6:00-7:30PM

Due to construction, parking is limited by the Indoor Tennis Center. Additional parking is available in front of Bridger Field House (part of the football stadium), about 100 yards away.

Before Monday, July 25th, all alternate lists will be handled by the respective sections. Beginning on Tuesday, July 26th, all alternates must be available on-site during check-in and prior to the first scheduled matches on Wednesday, July 27th.

The Courtyard Marriott is located less than 1/4 mile from the main site at 3111 University Parkway Winston Salem NC 27105. Geensboro Airport is roughly 25 miles from site and services all major airlines. Charlotte International is roughly 80 miles from site. Raleigh Durham International is also about 80 miles from site.

The first round of matches will start each day at 8:00AM. The second round of matches will be scheduled to start each day at Noon, with the exception of Sunday when they will begin around 10:30AM. Players will be given team schedules during check in.

All play should conclude no later than 2:00PM on Sunday July 31st. Please make appropriate flight and departure arrangements. Match schedule can not accomodate special requests since this is a team event.

Turn RIGHT out of parking lot. Turn RIGHT onto Shorefair Dr. and follow until stoplight. Turn RIGHT onto Deacon Blvd. follow to stoplight. Turn RIGHT onto University Parkway. Keep LEFT on University Parkway. After almost a mile, turn LEFT into Wake Forest University (Wake Forest Rd). The Upper Courts are on the LEFT after passing through the guard house and directly across from the Law School. The Leighton Tennis Stadium is past the Upper courts on the same road and also on the LEFT just before reaching the campus stoplight. Parking for both the Upper Courts and Stadium Courts is on the RIGHT across the street from the Stadium and below the soccer fields. Boys and girls team will be combined for scoring. Each match will consist of 18 total matches (12 singles and six doubles matches). Singles matches will be best of three sets. Doubles matches will be an eight game pro set. Seven-point tie break at eight all. Each singles match and doubles match including mixed doubles will count for (1) point. There are 18 points available for each combined match. If there is a tie in the number of matches won, the coach from each team will designate a mixed doubles team to play a ten-point tie break to declare a winner.

All matches in this event will count for national rankings (excluding mixed doubles). This event will count as a level two tournament and players will receive participation points.

There will be coaching allowed during the odd-game changeover. Only the designated coaches may communicate with the players.

Play will be subject to the rules of the USTA. The USTA Point Penalty will be in effect throughout the tournament. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. There will be USTA Certified Umpires at the sites.

All team coaches will be notified of any court/time changes due to inclement weather. It is the responsibility of the coaches to inform members of their teams of any changes.

Courts are available for practice at the WFU Indoor Tennis Center there is a $8.00 per person, per hour charge. Four players to a court. All indoor practice times will end on Tuesday evening. There are also public courts available. Directions are available below.
