SEEDING INFORMATION

MATCH FORMAT
Depending on the sizes of the draws, all matches until the semi finals may be played using an 8 game pro set format. Commencing with the semi finals, all matches will be played using a match tie break in lieu of a third set.

SPECTATOR VIEWING
Spectator viewing is available from the clubhouse. Courts 1-6 can be viewed via closed circuit television in the Great Room. Spectators will not be permitted inside the court area. Spectators who enter the court area will be ejected from the Club and will subject the player with whom they are associated to penalty pursuant to the Code of Conduct.

FOOD & BEVERAGES
Snacks and beverages maybe purchased at the Club Bar/Grill and from the vending machines.

DIRECTIONS
Driving Via the Clearview Expressway: From either the Long Island Expressway or the Grand Central Parkway (i.e. Northern State Parkway), take Clearview Expressway North. Exit the Clearview at the 35th Avenue exit.If you were headed north on Clearview (towards the bridge), turn right at the light onto 35th Avenue. (If, instead, you were headed south on Clearview - away from the bridge - turn left onto 35th Avenue.) The first light you come to is Corporal Kennedy Street. The second light is Bell Blvd (gas stations and a diner on the corners). Cross over Bell Blvd and make the first left onto 214th Place, turning in front of the school. The club is on the left hand side, two thirds of the way down the block. There is no parking lot, park on the street.
Via the Cross Island Parkway: Exit the Cross Island Pkwy at Northern Blvd Westbound. Go west on Northern Blvd to 221st Street (2nd light). Make a right onto 221st Street. Follow 221st Street around until it ends at Corbett Road. Make a left onto Corbett Rd, which will merge with 35th Avenue. From 35th Avenue, make a right onto 214th Place (right after the school). The club is on the left hand side, two thirds of the way down the block. There is no parking lot park on the street.
Train Via the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR): The club is a pleasant ten minute walk from the LIRR Bayside station. From the street level, go north on Bell Blvd (the avenue numbers will be going down). Make a right onto 35th Avenue, then make a the first left onto 214th Place. The club is on the left hand side, two thirds of the way down the block. If you prefer not to walk, cabs are usually available. Follow the directions above.

The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement.
