We are using two sites for this event. Seven Oaks - 2500 Howard Dr. and Millbrook Tennis Center - 1905 Spring Forest Rd. Abbreviations on the draws - Seven Oaks = OAKS. Millbrook Tennis Center = MBK. Players may report directly to the site they are scheduled to play.

Draw Size
Each draw will be limited to 16 players with a Feed in
thru Quarterfinals (FICQ); with a 3/4 playoff match. It is possible, with
Approval from NCTA, that a tournament can increase number of participants and
another 16-draw created. Players are encouraged to register as eligible;
players will not be charged entry fee until final acceptance into the
tournament by the Tournament Director.

Start Times
Singles play will be on Saturday and Sunday only
for this tournament.
Doubles play could begin as early as 5pm on Friday afternoon.
Start times and locations will be found on this
tournament home page by noon Thursday prior to the tournament start date.

Selection Process
Players for this
L5 event will be selected based on the most recent end of month published NC
standing list. The names of players who
have been selected will appear as "Competitors" after the tournament
deadline when selections are made. Contact us immediately if you realize that you
cannot participate.

L5 Eligibility Information BG 12s-18s
Players will be selected based on the most recent end of
month's published NC standing list. Players cannot have standing in the top 100
in their respective age division. The names of players who have been selected
will appear as “Competitors” after the tournament deadline when selections are
made. Contact us immediately if you realize that you cannot participate.

Sportsmanship Expectations
In order to truly enjoy the sport of tennis, it is
essential to display good sportsmanship which includes abiding by the rules,
playing fair, and showing respect for your opponent. We expect that ALL players
who compete this weekend abide by guidelines set forth by "the code".

Notes
1. PLAYER'S RESPONSIBILITY
It is the PLAYER'S responsibility to know their next match time and
show up in a timely manner. Check the website often for updated
match times. PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN FOR EACH MATCH 30 MINUTES
PRIOR TO ITS SCHEDULED START TIME. ALL USTA RULES WILL BE ENFORCED
FOR LATENESS.
2. SEEDING
This tournament's seeding will be done in accordance with USTA
Regulations. They will be compiled and examined by the Head
Referee, Tournament Director, and members of the Tournament
Committee. Factors to consider in seeding (taken from "USTA Friend
at Court"): Seedings merely represent the Committee's subjective
ratings of the various players' chances of winning the tournament.
These ratings may not be based on whim, caprice, or hunches, but
instead shall be justified by a reasonable amount of factual
evidence, including, but not limited to, rankings, current records,
types of surface, and particularly head-to-head encounters. Two
outstanding doubles players playing together for the first time
should be considered for a place on the seeded list.
3. WITHDRAWALS
If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so
online. Click on "Edit Registration," then "Withdraw." You will
need your original confirmation number. All withdrawals after
"Entries Close" must be sent BOTH in writing via email (to the
Tournament Director's address above) AND by phone to the tournament
site. Players withdrawing after the tournament deadline will not be
refunded the entry fee.
4. LIMITED DRAWS/EVENTS AND SELECTION PROCESS
