Greensboro did not experience any snow or severe freezing overnight. All Sunday matches are being PLAYED ON SCHEDULE according to the match times on the online draws. Please leave early to allow yourself ample travel time using necessary caution.
If, for any reason, you cannot make it for your scheduled match time, you must call Scott at the tournament desk, 336-202-0583. An email is NOT sufficient at this point.

Match Formats
Boys Doubles & Girls Doubles divisions: -Full Feed-In Consolation -2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point tiebreak instead of 3rd -Ad-scoring
MXD Doubles divisions: -Full Feed-In Consolation -8 game pro sets, 7 point tiebreak at 8-games-all -Ad-scoring

Selection Process
Players will be selected based on the current published NC standing
list.
Players 14U-18U:
Player must have one of the following:
-Some NC/other state standing
-A verifiable player record, i.e. JTT, High School, Middle School, other
district/sectional rank
Players in 12U: L4 12U players must have established 12U tournament
standing; L4 12U events are not part of YTP.
Special circumstances may need approval from NCTA office of Player Development
& Tournaments prior to acceptance.

Sportsmanship Expectations
In order to truly enjoy the sport of tennis, it is essential to
display good sportsmanship which includes abiding by the rules, playing fair,
and showing respect for your opponent. We expect that ALL players who compete
this weekend abide by guidelines set forth by "the code". Please click this link for The Code as both

OPT IN!
Through Tennis Link, Tournament Directors are now able to send emails
and/or texts straight to you! You must "opt in" during
registration in the Event Communications area. You may also do so on your
"My Tennis page" after event registration. FYI, Communication is
limited to 30 days after the close of the event and to only the players who
have opted in.

Tennis Parent Alert/Medical Release Form
No player will be allowed to compete in the tournament unless this
form is filled out. Please download your copy here, complete,
and turn in prior to first match to the tournament desk.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, January 6, 2019 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
