Draws & Player Check-In
Draws are now posted. All players should report directly to their site (BRSC: Blakeney Racquet & Swim Club or AKHS: Ardrey Kell High School). PLAYERS SHOULD CHECK-IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR FIRST MATCH. Lateness penalties will be enforced to the letter of the law. Traffic is not an excuse for lateness.
Each main draw will be limited
to 16 players with a Feed in thru Quarterfinals (FICQ); with a 3/4 playoff
match. Any draws with more than 16 players will have an Overflow draw that will count as a NC Level 5 event.

Players will be selected based on the most recent published
NC standing list. Effective 1/2018, Level 4 (NC L4) for age groups 14U-18U (L4
12U players must have established tournament standing):
Player must have one of the following:
-Some NC/other state standing in the age division entered
-A verifiable player record in the age division entered, i.e. JTT, High School, Middle School, other
The names of players who have been selected will appear as
"Competitors" after the tournament deadline when selections are made.
Contact us immediately if you realize that you cannot participate.
Players who are not in the Top 16 players or do not meet the eligibility listed above will be placed in an OverFlow Draw that will count as a NC Level 5 event.

most recent end of month's published NC standing list. Players cannot have standing in the top 100 in their respective age

Level 5 Boys/Girls 12U singles draw is tagged for Green Level 1 Youth Player
Definition of “Waterfall” method of creating draws;
is for Level 3 & L5 tournaments that are not near a competing Level 4 tournament,
and are at facilities that have the courts, with prior approval of NCTA office. Players will earn standing points for
the event level they play; In order of standings, Waterfall Draws:
Two balanced draws:
Red Draw; 1,4,5,8,9,12,13,16,17,20,21,24,25,28,29,32.
No refunds will be given after entries close.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, November 11, 2018 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
