Player's Party
We will have a Player/Spectator Party Friday Night with Live Entertainment from World Turning, A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac. The party will coincide with Live Open Division Doubles Matches. You may obtain a wrist band to receive food and two drink tickets by making a donation of your choice to the charity. Last year's party had over 200 attendees and was a blast!

Tournament Schedule
OPEN DRAW HOURS OF PLAY Thursday, August 24th-Play begins at 2 pm Friday, August 25th-Play begins at 2 pm Saturday, August 26th-Play begins at 8 am Sunday, August 27th-Play begins at 8 am
*Players should be prepared to play each day of the tournament depending on your draw size. *Players should be prepared to play multiple matches a day depending on the number of events you have entered and the size of your draw.
NTRP HOURS OF PLAY Friday, August 25th-Play begins at 4 pm Saturday, August 26th-Play begins at 8 am Sunday, August 27th-Play begins at 8 am

Match Format
SCORING AND RULES Match scoring for Main Draw matches will be the best of three sets with a Match Tiebreak (10 pt) played in lieu of a third set.
Match scoring for Consolation Draw matches in open divisions will be 8-game pro-sets with no-ad scoring. Match scoring for NTRP divisions will be the same as in the main draw.
We reserve the right to alter the scoring format, such as to no-ad scoring or other format, as circumstances warrant (i.e. weather delay, time constraints, etc.).
Warm-up is limited to 5 minutes. All main draw matches will be played on clay courts. Consolation draws may use hard courts.
The USTA Rules and Code of Conduct will govern all play.

Housing
Housing is available to all Open division participants on a first come first serve basis. Players must be signed up to be placed for housing.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, August 21, 2018 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
