All Players will receive a tournament tshirt and a player's bag filled with cool swag upon check-in at Topspin.
Melinda Martin, LMT will be on site all day Saturday to offer massage therapy to anyone in need. Bring some cash and give her a visti!
Right before the Pro Exhibition Match (so around 5:00pm), we will have some fun events on court 10:
"Hit-N-Win" - Hit a can or cup on the court with your shots and win the contents! We have some great prizes ranging from free tennis lessons from our pros to gifts from our sponsors!
"Serve Speed Contest" - the person with the fastest serve wins an awesome prize! And some bragging rights!

PRO EXHIBITION MATCH: A pro exhibition match will be held at Topspin on Saturday during dinner at 6:30! Our very own Pro Kyle Koch will be playing the Rockbridge Pro, Carlos Lozano! Also playing are Chris MacDougall and Nic Lombardo (members of the Topspin team that won Men's 18+ 5.0 Sectional Championships this year!). Grab dinner and a drink (provided) and enjoy watching some great tennis!

FOOD & BEVERAGES: Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided Saturday for players, sponsors and volunteers.
Breakfast snacks will be provided by Panera!
Lunch will be provided by Miyo's!
Dinner Saturday night will be provided by O'hara's Irish Pub & Restaurant! Guests may purchase lunch for $5 and dinner for $8. Beer and water will be available to players, sponsors and volunteers. Water will be available near the courts, but you are encouraged to bring your own and stay hydrated before, during and after the tournament! Bottled water, Gatorade and other beverages can be purchased in the pro shop as well.

PRIZES: Prizes will be given to the Champions and Finalists of each division in the main draw.

VOLUNTEERS: Like sponsors, these events wouldn't be possible without our awesome volunteers! To be a part of the fun, please contact the tournament director. We will need help with: court monitoring, water and ice replenishment, court sweeping, trash containment, food distribution and beer service. PLEASE consider helping out. Volunteers will receive a special gift for their participation!

HYDRATION: We want everyone to have a lot of fun and be safe and healthy. So please, hydrate and avoid heat related injuries! Pedialyte and water provide excellent benefits, beer and wine do not!

LOCATION: All matches will be played at Topspin Racquet & Swim Club located at 5347 Sunset Boulevard, Lexington, SC 29072. Topspin has 12 clay courts and 2 hard courts. We will only utilize hard courts if necessary. Senior level draws will NOT be played on hard courts. If entries and/or weather requires it, we will utilize the courts at Rawls Creek Tennis Club as a back-up.

REGISTRATION: Even if your partner has already registered and paid, you need to register yourself! You will need your partners USTA# to register. It is important each players registers so that we have contact info for ALL players. You may play a maximum of two events.

LATE ENTRIES: No late entries will be allowed. All players must be registered, and entry fees paid by the close of registration. If you registered your partner and did not pay their fee, they need to register themselves and pay by the deadline or both players will be removed from the draw.

AVOIDANCES: Due to scheduling challenges, avoidances will be limited. Out of town players may request scheduling accommodations but must contact the tournament referee or director immediately after registering. No scheduling changes will be made after the draws are completed.

MATCH PLAY FORMAT: Best two out of three sets with a match tie-breaker being played in lieu of a full third set will be used for all matches in the main draw and consolation rounds. The Coman tiebreak will be used. We are offering a Modified Feed-In Consolation format. This guarantees everyone two (2) matches. Please be sure to check draws for possible additional match play.

SEEDING: Seeding will be done using only SC and Southern Tournament rankings for adults. The "All Factors" method will be used for any division which does not have rankings available.
