WELCOME
We have returning players to the tournament and we are so glad to see you. We want everyone to have a good time, have fair play and just enjoy themselves.

SEEDING
Seeding was posted a couple of days ago. We have been instructed to use the All Factors Methods. We use information inclucing ranking lists, ratings, standing lists, recent records, types of surface, and head-to- head. The number of players seeded must equal a power of two.

Draws/Schedules
Draws and times will be posted Sunday aftenoon. We respected any and all avoidance requests we received.
During the tournament times may change depending on winners/loosers of previous matches and player conflicts due to playing more than one category.

Scoring
We will be playing the best of 3 sets. Ample rest time will be given between matches. Age groups will be monitored on the number of matches they can play in a day. SAFETY FIRST.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, March 1, 2018 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
