Update...Change......When it stops raining.......it usually takes around 2 hours for the courts to be playable.......We will play these 13 matches 1st......Rd 1 of 50's, semis of 60's, semis of 65's, semis of 70's, semis of 75's, semis of 80's, top half of 60's consolation, and Schwich vs Brashier........2nd round of matches (approx 1 1/2 hours later) will be .........semis of 55's, 70 cons semis, all 3 75 consolation, bottom half of 60 consolation, 80 consolation qtrs of bottom and semis of top, 65 consolation top half, & 60 dubs consolation.............3rd round of matches .......rd 2 of 50's, 55 consolation, 65 consolation semis bottom half............doubles schedule to follow..........there are a few more consolation matches that involve main draw doubles that will need to be rescheduled. Thanks for your patience.......I will try to update new times on the internet as well when I know the starting times.

***SEEDING***
Preliminary Seeding will be posted on the evening of April, 28th. PLEASE E-MAIL ANY QUESTIONS to daverandall@riverhillsclub.net and I will address them with the seeding coordinators.

***Schedule of Play***
Singles --Rounds of 64 and 32 will play on Wednesday(5/2) Rounds of 16 will play on Thursday(5/3) Quarterfinals play on Friday (5/4) Semi-finals play on Saturday (5/5) Finals Sunday (5/6). Doubles-- Round of 16 play on Thursday Quarters on Friday Semis on Saturday Finals on Sunday.

Events Allowed to Play
3 Events is the Maximum allowed to play. This may be 2 singles and 1 doubles or 1 singles and 2 doubles.

Scheduling Request
Request must be submitted before draws are made. They will be taken into consideration, but not guaranteed. Please email. Draws are made on Sunday April 29th.

Player Party
Player Party will be Friday Night in the main dining room at RHC. 6pm.
|
|
Courts
Play will be on 9 Hydro clay courts and 4 regular clay courts.

DRAWS
Draws will be posted Monday April 30th
|
|
Scoring
Main Draw will be 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring with a tie-breaker for all sets. (1st to 7 points) Referee retains the right to change scoring format in case of inclement weather. Scoring for consolation matches will be 2 sets with a 10 point Match Tie-breaker in lieu of 3rd set.

Consolation
Singles will have a feed-in consolation through the quarter-finals with a play-off for 3rd and 4th. Doubles will have a first match loser consolation.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 26, 2018 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
