us for a Meet and Mingle hitting session and adult clinic run by Sea
Island teaching professional from 4:30pm-6pm at Retreat Tennis Center.
At 6pm Happy Hour drink prices and complimentary appetizers at Davis Love Grill
for all who would like to join us!
Tournament Party - Saturday
Player party
with complimentary beverages will be catered by Southern Soul BBQ at
4:30pm on Saturday, March 3rd at Retreat Tennis Center.

SCORING FORMATS
Regular Scoring
Mixed Doubles - Best of 2 TB sets with Match Tiebreak played at 1 set all.
Women Singles - Best of 3 TB sets.
Women Doubles - Best of 2 TB sets with Match Tiebreak played at 1 set all.
Men Singles 25 -60 - Best of 3 TB sets.
Men Singles 65-80 - Best of 2 TB sets with Match Tiebreak played at 1 set all.
All Men's Doubles - Best of 2 TB sets with Match Tiebreak played at 1 set all.

DRAWS (posted 12am Thursday)
Draws are posted. We have tried to identify any conflicts with times. There are a few where the times will be tight, depending on winners or losers of previous matches. We will adjust those times as necessary on a case by case basis.
Any matches without times will be played on Sunday. We will post Sunday match times by 9am (posted 10am Thursday).
Please be responsible for your match times to avoid time violation penalties.
FYI: Divisions with only 2 player/teams will only play the 3rd round of the round robin if at 1-all in first two rounds.

Match times will be posted by 8 am Thursday.
There will be a few matches in the following divisions that will be played on Friday: M25s, M65s, M70s, M60s. (Seeds will not play on Friday) If you have not already let us know that you CANNOT play on Friday afternoon(2 pm or after) please contact Cheryl Helton at chelton48@yahoo.com.

Entry Limits
By popular demand, the tournament will allow the following entries. (maximum of 2 events)
Players may enter:
1 singles and 1 doubles (either gender or mixed) OR
1 gender doubles and 1 mixed doubles OR
2 gender doubles.
There will be no consolation in doubles as indicated above.
Each player of a doubles team must register on line. Thank you!

DRAW SIZES
Due to the size of the some draws, we will combine some divisions. If you don't want to play out of the division in which you registered, please let us know by Wednesday at 2 pm.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
