Check in thursday night at the las vegas hilton
This is not mandatory, To get your free sweat shirt come to the Hilton any day of the tournament. We realize many of you fly in late so it is not mandatory to check in, it is just a time to get copies of the draw, maps and have your questions answered. Where possible I have scheduled out of town players for the later match times instead of the 8am's. I hope this helps.

SEEDING BASED ON LATEST INTERMOUNTAIN STANDINGS
All seeding is based on the latest Intermountain Standings. If there is a player who is seeded above you and is not above you in the latest Intermountain standings please let me know asap. You have two days to question the seeds. All seeds are finals if not questioned by Thursday at noon. Also realize, all seeds are done by "Auto seed" which is a feature in the online software that makes draws. I click auto seed and select a standings list and the computer seeds that draw according to that list automatically. Any parents wanting to see how this works come and see me at the tournament so you have a better understanding. Note, it is possible for me to chose the wrong list, like once I chose the edorsement ranking list instead of the standings list, which was a different ranking list . So if you see an error please let me know. Thanks for playing.
