DIRECTIONS FROM HOTELS TO CHEVAL
From the Hampton Inn turn left out of hotel take hyw 589 (tool) heading north to Dale Mabry Hwy exit at light turn left go 1/2 mile cheval on left.
From the Holiday Inn head south on US 75 to exit 56 go west 4.3 miles to hyw 41 (land o lakes blvd) get in outside left turn lane after you turn left take fork in road to right go about 4.0 miles cheval on right.
From Day Inn take 275 north to Bearss Ave Exit turn left go 3.1 miles turn right on Dale Mabry go 4.0 miles cheval on left.

Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes from Cheval.

PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts will be available for rental before the tournament begins at $15.00 per hour. Please call the proshop for a reservation at 813-948-2282 and mention you are a tournament player. Complimentary practice courts are available at Cheval once the tournament begins from 7am - 8am only. There are also practice courts off site available during while the tournament is in progress.

DOUBLES
Please re-sign up for doubles upon check in. It is the players responsibility to find a doubles partner.

WITHDRAWALS
If you must withdraw from this tournament PLEASE call or email the tournament ASAP. There will be NO refunds of entry fees after the draw has been made ( Sunday Feb. 11th)

ALTERNATES
Alternates will be ordered and contacted by the tournament, asap. If you are contacted to play please give us your credit card information for payment. The USTA does not download this to us.

The NSL that will be used for selection into this event will be
published on 1/24/07 and the NSL that will be used for seeding will
be published on 2/14/07. In it's 7th Year the tournament is held in
sunny Tampa Florida
Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 25, 2007 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
