Stringing will be availible on site for $25-$40 or with your own string for $15.

Medical Release
USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player. This must be presented at the time of tournament registration. Please download and bring this COMPLETED form with you or fax it to us (912-634-3235). Players are not allowed on court without this signed release. Click on Link for form.

Check-in / Mandatory Meeting
Check-in will be anytime Friday Feb. 16 at Retreat Tennis Facility.
Mandatory Meeting for all players with tournament officials and director on Friday, Feb 16th at 5:30 pm.
Meeting will be at Retreat Clubhouse (see link for directions), Officals will review rules, events, parties, and other facts related to tournament.

SEA ISLAND IS A GATED ISLAND AND A PASS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER, PLAYERS MUST PICK UP THIS PASS AT MANDATORY MEETING! If there is an emergency and you are unable to attend this meeting contact brianwyrick@seaisland.com to arrange for entry pass.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 25, 2007 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
