Registration is Wednesday, November 21, 2007, from 2:00 - 6:00 PM at the Holiday Inn South County Center. At that time players may register for doubles as well as confirm doubles entry and partner. There will be a BRIEF VERY INFORMATIVE MEETING following registration at 7:00 PM (also at the Holiday Inn South County Center). The meeting will help all with scheduling information, sites, etc. FOR THOSE ARRIVING IN ST LOUIS AFTER 6:00 PM Wednesday, please call the tournament registration desk at 314-892-3600 BETWEEN 2:30 AND 6:00 PM to phone register.

This is Tuesday, November 20. If you are withdrawing you MUST do so in writing to the tournament director. The email address is on this home page. Please state the reason. It would also expedite things if you could call the tournament director at 314-845-3944. Voice mail messages will not be accepted.

Draws will be available at Registration Wednesday, November 21, at the Holiday Inn South County Center. Draws will be posted to the web at the end of Registration.

If you are on the alternate list, we need your contact information. Please email Judy Dippold at dipper20@swbell.net with your best way to contact you. Also, please withdraw from the alternate list if you would not like to remain on the list. Thanks.

Players may reserve a practice court at Sunset Tennis (314-849-2327) and/or Vetta Sports Clubs - Concord (314-842-3111x2) for Wednesday, November 21, at a nominal fee. PLEASE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO KEEP IT. PRACTICE COURTS FOR THURSDAY, November 22 (start of the tournament) MAY BE RESERVED BEGINNING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 21, AT REGISTRATION.

Play begins at 8:00 am Thursday at both sites with Boys and Girls Singles. We will play ONE round of singles and TWO rounds of doubles. Scoring for doubles is the 8-game proset. Singles scoring is conventional 2 of 3 sets, deuce-ad.

The HOLIDAY INN SOUTH COUNTY CENTER, 6921 SOUTH LINDBERGH BLVD., St Louis, MO, 63125, is the host hotel. The room rate is $68.00 plus tax. Phone number for the hotel is 314-892-3600 or 800-264-6616. Sunset Tennis Center, 10911 Gravois Industrial Court, St Louis, MO 63128, is the main site for the tournament. The secondary site is Vetta Concord, 12320 Old Tesson Road, St Louis, MO 63128 (located just 10 minutes from the main site, and 5 minutes from the host hotel.
