Thank you to all the players, parents and coaches that made this year's National Open 12s in Columbus a success. We would like to congratulate all the players on a fine tournament. This year's Singles Champion is Ognjen Samardzic from Bradenton FL. He defeated Singles Finalist Baker Newman from Miami FL. The following players also placed in the Singles: 3rd-Connor Thompson from Atlanta, GA 4th-Collier Bouchillon from Louisville, KY 5th-Grayson Goldin from Bradenton, FL 6th-Jake Albo from Plantation, FL. The Doubles Championship was captured by Grayson Goldin and Jake Albo by defeating the finalist team of Austin Heinz of Daniel Island, SC and Akshay Verma of Alpharetta, GA. This year's tournament also featured many young men with exemplary attitudes on and off the court. Although there were many deserving players, the tournament committee came to the decision to honor Jake Bouchillon of Cumming, GA with this year's SPORTSMANSHIP Award.

Weather Update for 2/17/07
All 9:00 matches that were on the court and 10:00 matches need to report back and be ready to play at 2:30. Matches that were scheduled for 10:30 need to report at 3:00 and 12:00 matches report at 3:30.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 25, 2007 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
